YoBridge Mortgage in Dubai is seeking Mortgage Advisors to scale the business. This is an early‑stage, revenue‑generating advisory role where you build your own book through client relationships and real estate networks, with leads supplementing rather than leading your pipeline.

Your first 90 days focus on pipeline development; from month four you are expected to deliver steady monthly loan disbursements, typically AED 8–10 million, depending on salary level.

Qualificações

• 1–2+ years of mortgage advisory or brokerage experience.
• Active pipeline with a network of real estate agents and introducers.
• Track record of originating and completing mortgage cases.
• Solid knowledge of mortgage products and lenders.
• Confident, clear communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, self-driven attitude and comfort with a target-based role.

Responsabilidades

• Originate your own mortgage business through referrals and personal networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and introducers across Dubai.
• Advise clients on mortgage products, compare lenders and recommend the right fit.
• Manage each case from first contact to approval and disbursement, keeping clients informed.
• Work with the case-review and support team on handovers, documentation and issue resolution.
• Represent YoBridge at networking events and in the field during the day.
• Keep accurate records of your pipeline, client follow-ups and completed cases.
