Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited in Dubai seeks a Head of MOE Curriculum to lead the UAE MoE curriculum across the school, ensuring high-quality teaching and assessment aligned with KHDA regulations and the SIP.

As a Senior Leader on the SLT, you will drive curriculum development, professional development, and monitoring of student progress, with a focus on inclusion and cultural responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with UAE MoE curriculum experience.
• 5–7 years of teaching experience; 2–3 years in curriculum or senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of assessment, differentiation, inclusion, and curriculum mapping.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, staff mentoring, and curriculum development.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and delivery of the MOE curriculum across all year groups.
• Ensure compliance with UAE MoE requirements and KHDA standards.
• Monitor teaching quality and learning outcomes; use data to drive interventions.
• Mentor staff and ensure differentiation for Students of Determination and ELL learners.
• Collaborate with SLT to integrate MOE goals with other curricula where applicable.
