The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of heavy industry maintenance experience; PEC Craft Training may be accepted. Proficiency with SAP/CMMS and strong safety awareness are required to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Carry out corrective, preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance of mechanical machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
Assess jobs and select tools, equipment, and spare parts required.
Perform mechanical installation, inspection, repair, overhaul, and component replacement.
Ensure all maintenance activities follow approved safety procedures and plant operating requirements.
Use SAP/CMMS to request spare parts and record maintenance work.
Monitor recurring failures and recommend modifications to prevent downtime.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and support other departments as needed.
