Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader in Dubai seeks a Marketing and Business Development Advisor to drive BD activities across the Middle East. You will collaborate with regional leadership and local lawyers to advance the ME practice plan, manage pitches, and develop client-focused campaigns.

The role requires a strong BD/process background, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. A graduate degree and BD/marketing qualification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business development/marketing environment, ideally in Dubai/the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of marketing and BD processes.
• Proactive team player with initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage responses to RFPs and credentials with best-practice pitching.
• Collaborate with finance, pricing, and compliance teams for pitches.
• Write and produce client presentations and materials.
• Maintain and analyze pitches, credentials, and intranet content.
• Coordinate local client events and communications.
• Support cross-sell and cross-functional BD initiatives.
