• Build and maintain relationships with investors, homeowners, and referral partners.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Guide clients through reservation, SPA signing, and payment processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated on new project launches, market trends, developer incentives, and pricing strategies.
• Attend company meetings, training sessions, and developer events as required.
