Job summary

Parfums de Marly seeks a Packaging Product Designer to shape the visual identity and product experience across fragrance and ancillary lines. You will translate briefs into compelling concepts, design primary and secondary packaging, and develop promotional assets within a luxury context.

Reporting to Brand Marketing Director, you will collaborate with Product Development, Purchasing and external suppliers, delivering production-ready designs and 3D visualizations using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Design, Packaging Design, or Industrial Design.
• Luxury, fragrance or related premium industries experience is required.
• Mandatory: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• "Strong knowledge of AI-powered visualization tools".

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing briefs into compelling product concepts and design solutions.
• Design all primary and secondary packaging for fragrances and ancillary products.
• Create collateral and promotional assets including gifting elements, sets, gift-with-purchase items, samples, blotters.
• Prepare technical artwork files and ensure transfer to Product Development teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Development, Purchasing and external vendors to ensure feasibility and quality.
