Job summary

eMagine Solutions is partnering to recruit a Head of Marketing for a luxury consumer goods brand in Dubai. The role demands a commercially minded brand leader who can set strategy, lead execution, and elevate brand, digital, communications, partnerships, and launches to drive premium perception and performance.

You will own end-to-end marketing, oversee agency direction, and collaborate with Sales, E‑commerce, and Product to achieve revenue growth while maintaining luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Proven senior marketing experience within luxury consumer goods.
• Strong capability in brand building and premium positioning.
• Commercial mindset with ability to link marketing to growth and revenue outcomes.
• Experience managing agencies and partners and leading senior stakeholders.
• Dubai/UAE-based (or willing to relocate); GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, product marketing, digital, PR/communications, partnerships, and campaign planning.
• Lead brand positioning and storytelling with consistent luxury touchpoints across channels.
• Drive the marketing calendar for product launches, campaigns, collaborations, events, and retail moments.
• Oversee digital and performance marketing direction, balancing luxury equity with commercial outcomes (ROAS, CAC, conversion, retention).
• Partner with Sales, Retail, E-commerce, and Product to align marketing with revenue goals and customer experience; manage budgets, agencies, suppliers, and governance.
