Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a Bachelor of Nursing (minimum 3 years) and be post-qualification with at least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in aesthetic or dermatology settings is required.
• Excellent communication, presentation and patient-care skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a refined, luxury medical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments for face and body (RF, laser, microneedling, LED, sculpting & contouring).
• Assist doctors during injectable and regenerative procedures with preparation and patient support.
• Provide patient education, aftercare instructions, and follow-up communication.
• Maintain DHA-compliant standards across hygiene, documentation, and infection control.
• Deliver a seamless, luxury patient experience aligned with the 23MD ethos.
• Work with marketing team on all social media channels.
