Job summary

Want More in Dubai is seeking a reliable Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. You will transport goods across long distances, plan routes, and perform pre-trip inspections. The ideal candidate is an Indian national with a valid UAE heavy-vehicle license, at least 2 years of long-haul experience, and strong English communication.

You must follow UAE traffic laws and maintain delivery records. Salary is 1600 USD per month, with accommodation provided.

Qualifications

Must hold valid UAE heavy vehicle license and be an Indian national.
Minimum 2 years of long-haul driver experience in the UAE or a similar country.
Knowledge of UAE traffic laws and safe driving practices.
Ability to use GPS and read maps; strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a heavy commercial truck to transport goods.
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
Perform pre-trip inspections and proper loading of goods.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and data.
Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding delays or issues.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
Handle necessary paperwork such as bills of lading and other delivery documents.
Keep the truck clean and well-maintained at all times.
