Job summary

Noorka Logistics in Dubai is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and operational activities. You will guide a dynamic team, monitor workflows, and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently to support productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with experience in warehouse, transportation, and delivery operations, and knowledge of UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, delivery, and transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics, warehouse, transportation, and operational activities.
• Allocate tasks to employees and ensure work is completed according to schedules and procedures.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and adherence to workplace policies.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, logistics executives, customers, and other departments.
• Monitor loading, unloading, storage, dispatch, and delivery activities.
• Ensure goods and materials are handled safely and efficiently.
• Track daily operational progress and prepare reports for management.
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
• Resolve customer and delivery-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure employees follow UAE regulations and company safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, deliveries, staff activities, and operational tasks.
• Train and guide new employees on company procedures and practices.
• Coordinate with management to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor equipment, vehicles, and resources and report maintenance requirements.
