India Abroad is hiring a Junior Accountant in Dubai to support basic accounting tasks and financial reporting. The role involves data entry, bank reconciliations, budgeting assistance, and monthly reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The position is part-time (20 hours/week) with no prior experience required and training provided. Fluency in English and valid work authorization in Dubai are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or currently pursuing).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enter financial data into the company's accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Help with tax preparation and filing.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information.
• Support senior accountants with various tasks as needed.
