Job summary

CareerLink HR LLC is seeking a Consultant / Specialist Internal Medicine Physician to join a leading multispecialty hospital in Dubai, UAE. The role involves outpatient and inpatient adult care with access to ICU and subspecialty support, focusing on prevention, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions in a diverse international patient population.

Qualifications

• Recognized Internal Medicine qualifications such as ABIM, Royal College (Canada), FRACP (Internal Medicine), Arab Board, FCPS (Internal Medicine).
• Board-certified or equivalent credentials in Internal Medicine are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for adult patients, including diagnosis and management of acute and chronic diseases.
• Conduct detailed medical evaluations, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
• Manage hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular and respiratory conditions; infectious diseases.
• Deliver preventive healthcare services, including screenings, lifestyle counseling and risk factor management.
• Diagnose and manage acute medical emergencies and coordinate inpatient care as needed.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs and monitor progress.
• Coordinate care with subspecialists such as cardiology, endocrinology, nephrology and pulmonology.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives and internal medicine programs.
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols and patient safety standards.
