Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking an Interior Designer/Interior Architect in Dubai. You will handle space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E across diverse project types.

The role requires strong design skills, client-facing communication, and ability to work within budgets and timelines. Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp and a UAE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in space planning, architecture, and construction drawings.
• Strong experience in interior design and FF&E.
• Ability to create design plans meeting client expectations.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Detail-oriented with creativity and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE interior design experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites to analyze space, design needs, and purpose.
• Attend client meetings to understand preferences and requirements.
• Create initial sketches, color themes, and ideas.
• Prepare CAD designs and detailed project briefs after client approval.
• Oversee procurement of materials for the project.
• Organize client site visits and update stakeholders on progress.
• Ensure projects meet budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with construction teams and supervise installations.
