Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks an experienced Specialist in Intensive and Critical Care Medicine for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. You will provide advanced management for critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring, organ support, emergency intervention, and complex multidisciplinary care.

The position emphasizes expertise in mechanical ventilation, airway management, hemodynamic monitoring, and evidence-based ICU practice with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Board Certification or equivalent specialization in Intensive Care or Critical Care Medicine.
• Minimum 3–5 years of ICU or critical care experience.
• Eligibility for Specialist-level medical licensing in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Assess and manage complex and rapidly changing critical care presentations.
• Develop individualized treatment and organ-support plans based on patient requirements.
• Manage patients with sepsis, multi-organ failure, respiratory failure, trauma, and other life-threatening conditions.
• Lead resuscitation efforts and participate in multidisciplinary ICU rounds.
