Job summary

• Experience in Health, Safety & Environmental management within project/construction environments.
• Knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessments, inspections, incident reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Fresh Emirati graduates with internship/project exposure may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards across project sites
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and site audits
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives
• Conduct HSE awareness, toolbox talks, and training programs
• Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and compliance records
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and relevant stakeholders
