• Build and maintain a trusted relationship with the developer.
• Oversee project from design through to handover.
• Manage project financial performance, including budget control.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure project flow.
• Ensure delivery meets contract specifications and industry standards.
