Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience with strong academic performance and technical aptitude.
• Basic knowledge of engineering design principles and project workflows.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools and standard office software applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive and adaptable team player with a strong commitment to learning.
• Must be a UAE National with a valid family book.

Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in performing design, analysis, and reporting for ongoing projects.
• Assist with engineering computations, material quantity take-offs, and cost estimations.
• Prepare or contribute to technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Participate in multidisciplinary project coordination and planning sessions.
• Assist in reviewing supplier drawings, bid documents, and technical submissions.
• Provide inputs to CAD and CAE design teams to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in site inspections, surveys, and data collection activities.
• Contribute to project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure adherence to Parsons' safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
• Engage in training rotations across Engineering, Project Controls, and Construction Management functions.
