Job summary

Black Pearl Consult seeks a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in Dubai to own and execute the family office's overall investment strategy, capital allocation, and risk governance. The CIO will be the single point of accountability for investment outcomes, governance standards, and disciplined decision-making.

The role requires 12–20 years of experience across public and private markets, with a fluent Hindi-speaking capability and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 12–20 years of investment experience across public and private markets.
• Fluent Hindi speaker with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a long-term investment philosophy aligned with the family’s objectives, liquidity requirements, and risk appetite.
• Drive strategic and tactical asset allocation across public markets, private equity, private credit, real assets, alternatives, and structured strategies.
• Establish return targets, drawdown limits, capital preservation thresholds, and portfolio construction guidelines.
