Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation presentation, and nutrition
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office suite)
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Passion for cooking with imaginative presentation skills
• Immigrants willing to relocate to Dubai will be considered

Responsibilities

• Monitor culinary trends and implement new techniques into the kitchen operations
• Monitor food cost and control expenses as per budgeted guidelines
