Qualifications

• Experience in on-site coordination within event production or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and layouts.
• Valid UAE driver's license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup and breakdown ensuring layouts match approved plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all on-site activity managing crew contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure all site operations adhere to safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate deliveries access equipment and schedules for smooth execution.
• Provide regular progress reports to the production team.
• Lead the de-rig process and site clearance ensuring venues are returned as required.
