Job summary

Wall Street English in Dubai is seeking an ESL Teacher/Service Manager to oversee the delivery of the center's educational experience and service excellence. You will lead a multicultural team of teachers to ensure a premium learning journey and measurable outcomes.

You will supervise daily operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with the Center Director and Sales Team to align educational quality with student engagement and business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years English teaching experience (preferred).
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and motivating multicultural teams.
• Strong understanding of educational quality assurance and service delivery.
• Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
