Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Own visa or valid work permit in Dubai.
• Passion for teaching and ability to motivate students.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons for students.
• Assess students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve their language skills.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials based on students' needs and learning objectives.
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes participation and active learning.
• Monitor students' attendance and performance.
• Collaborate with other teachers to ensure consistency in lesson plans and teaching methods.
