Job summary

A leading global financial services provider in Dubai is seeking an End User Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide comprehensive IT support to colleagues, including desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, while ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will possess strong knowledge of Windows environments, Exchange, and MS Teams. The position also requires multitasking skills and a genuine passion for technology. Experience in ITIL is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to colleagues across devices.
  • Manage requests via chat, email, phone, and face-to-face.
  • Support AV and video conferencing.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks.
