Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is recruiting a Consultant Emergency Medicine Physician for a premier healthcare organization in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on leading rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment of acute emergencies in a high-volume ED environment.

The successful candidate will possess American Board Certification or UK CCT in Emergency Medicine, provide senior clinical leadership, and ensure adherence to trauma, resuscitation, and ED quality standards.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited program with eligibility for UAE licensing.
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine or UK CCT; valid license to practice in Dubai.
• Experience in high-volume emergency departments and critical care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level emergency care to adults and, where applicable, children.
• Lead resuscitation, trauma responses, and complex emergency procedures.
• Coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary team actions during acute events.
• Perform advanced airway management and invasive procedures as required.
• Oversee clinical documentation, handovers, and patient disposition planning.
• Contribute to audits, quality improvement, and continuing medical education.
