Job summary

Madison Pearl in Dubai, UAE, is recruiting a Career Paralegal, Dispute Resolution. The practice handles contentious matters including commercial litigation, arbitration, construction disputes, and corporate disputes before UAE courts and arbitral institutions.

Responsibilities include supporting partners across disputes, preparing pleadings and witness statements, conducting UAE law research, document review and due diligence, managing case files, deadlines, and mentoring junior paralegals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of overall paralegal experience, preferably in a leading law firm or disputes practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of UAE paralegal experience with familiarity with UAE disputes landscape.
• Experience supporting contentious matters, including UAE litigation or international arbitration.
• Experience managing, delegating to, and supporting junior paralegals.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support partners across commercial litigation, arbitration, and construction disputes.
• Assist with pleadings, submissions, witness statements, chronologies, bundles, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal and factual research across UAE laws, regulations, case law, and procedural rules.
• Assist with document review, disclosure, evidence management, due diligence, and settlement proceedings.
• Maintain case files, monitor deadlines, coordinate documentation, and liaise with clients, courts, arbitral institutions, experts, and counsel.
• Supervise, mentor, and delegate work to junior paralegals.
