Job summary

PPOAR in Dubai is seeking a hardworking Loader to join a busy construction site. You will operate heavy machinery to load materials onto trucks and help coordinate the day’s workflow on site.

The role requires at least 2 years on a construction site, experience with loaders/excavators/bulldozers, physical fitness, a valid visa, and the ability to start immediately. Safety minded and a good communicator are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years on a construction site as Loader or similar role.
• Experience operating heavy machinery such as loaders, excavators, or bulldozers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Own a valid visa and able to start immediately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader to load materials onto trucks or onto the construction site
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines while operating the machinery
• Check equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues or malfunctions
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading process
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
