Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in loading/unloading or construction work is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move materials.
• Hardworking, punctual, and reliable.
• Able to work outdoors and in a construction environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English are an advantage.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload construction materials, tools, equipment, and other items from trucks and vehicles.
• Safely move materials from one location to another as instructed.
• Arrange and stack materials properly at the site, warehouse, or storage area.
• Assist drivers and site teams during loading and unloading activities.
• Check the quantity and condition of materials while loading or unloading.
• Handle materials carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Keep loading, unloading, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Follow instructions from the Storekeeper, Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Site Engineer.
• Follow all company and site safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Perform other general manual work assigned by the supervisor.
