Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodology and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the civil engineering process on projects, from concept through to completion.
• Design the layout and construction plans.
• Ensure that all necessary permits are obtained.
• Oversee site surveys and building systems testing.
• Coordinate between contractors and clients.
• Resolve any issues that may arise.
• Monitor costs and stay up-to-date with changes in regulations.
• Work closely with other professionals such as Architects and surveyors to ensure that the project is completed safely and on time.
