Want More in Dubai invites a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team. You will design, build, and maintain structures such as buildings, roads and airports, coordinating with architects and engineers to ensure projects meet requirements.

The role requires strong technical experience, excellent project management and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in civil engineering design/construction.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Knowledge of safety regulations associated with civil engineering projects.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and designs for civil engineering projects such as bridges, roads, dams, buildings and other infrastructure elements.
• Work with architects and engineers to ensure that plans meet requirements.
• Estimate costs associated with projects including labor costs, materials costs, construction costs etc.
• Develop drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Prepare cost estimates based on materials used, labor required etc.
• Monitor the progress of construction projects by regularly visiting sites to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Ensure that safety regulations are adhered to during all stages of the construction process.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure that all necessary permits have been obtained.
• Resolve technical issues encountered during construction projects.
