Namou Properties seeks a warm, energetic learning coach to guide two children through daily, hands-on academic and real-world learning in a home environment in Dubai. The role emphasizes unschooling-inspired methods, project-based exploration, and life skills without screens or rigid curricula.

Ideal candidates have a Primary Education background, experience with primary-aged children, and comfort with alternative education approaches.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (Spanish is a big plus).
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Flexible, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate daily learning experiences based on the child’s interests and curiosity.
• Blend academic structure with exploratory play across numeracy, science, history, arts, and nature.
