Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Blend academic structure with exploratory, imaginative play/projects across numeracy, science, history, arts, and nature.
• Foster emotional intelligence, creativity, critical thinking, and independence through real-world projects and sensory-rich activities.
• Implement child-led, curiosity-driven learning models that evolve as the child grows.
• Create and maintain portfolios documenting learning progress using photos, notes, and reflections.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and emotionally responsive learning environment.
