Job summary

Work in USA in Dubai is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing meals that meet the highest standards of quality, taste, presentation and nutrition.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a chef in a professional setting.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Creative approach to cooking with the ability to come up with new ideas for dishes.

Responsibilities

Creating menus that feature a variety of dishes from different cuisines
Developing recipes and menu items that use seasonal ingredients
Working with kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food safety are met
Ensuring all dishes are prepared in accordance with established recipes and plate presentations
Maintaining accurate records of food costs and inventory
Monitoring kitchen operations including cleanliness and sanitation
Collaborating with other chefs to develop new dishes
