Tanqeeb, an all-day dining destination opening in Dubai this autumn, seeks an accounts-focused guest services role. You will handle cash, card and digital payments with precision and support the guest journey from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate has prior accounts experience, is fluent in English, and is comfortable with systems and digital tools. An Arabic or second European language is an advantage for this role in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts is essential.
• Fluent English; Arabic or a second European language is an advantage.
• Comfortable with systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, card and digital payments, refunds and deposits with complete accuracy.
• Run end-of-day reconciliation in line with company standards and UAE regulations.
• Manage queues and keep the station clean, organised and ready.
• Work with the floor team so the guest journey from arrival to exit feels seamless.
