Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide assistance as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit payments from customers.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area to ensure the smooth flow of customers.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
