Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans accurately.
• Strong mathematical skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with other tradespeople.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, and hardware
• Cut or shape materials to specified measurements using hand tools or power equipment

• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
• Follow building codes and safety regulations at all times
