Apt Resources in Dubai is seeking a skilled DCDP Butcher to join our reputable restaurant team. The role focuses on preparing and handling a variety of meats and fish according to company standards while ensuring strict hygiene and safety procedures.

You will receive deliveries, inspect quality, maintain clean storage areas, and work closely with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager to coordinate orders and production.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect meat and fish deliveries for quality and quantity compliance.
• Prepare all meat and fish products as per company specifications and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in meat and fish preparation areas, including proper storage in refrigerators and freezers.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Food & Beverage Manager to coordinate orders and preparation.
• Operate and maintain cutting equipment and tools responsibly, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Follow portion control and production procedures outlined in company policies.
• Participate in sanitation inspections of the preparation areas.
