In this role, you’ll collaborate with tax, immigration, and real estate specialists, build a strong regional network, and develop practical, data-driven solutions for complex setup projects. A law degree and UAE exposure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate advisory or regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of UAE company formation processes.
• Ability to communicate with multinational clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for foreign investors establishing in the UAE.
• Advise clients on the most suitable legal entity (Free Zone, Mainland LLC, or Branch) based on activity and goals.
• Prepare and review incorporation documents, shareholder agreements, and licensing applications.
• Liaise with government bodies such as the DED and Free Zone Authorities.
