Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Used Car Growth in Dubai. The role focuses on customer acquisition, demand generation, digital conversion, and channel expansion across Automall, with responsibility for performance media, CRM, partnerships, and lifecycle campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in marketing, preferably in automotive or high-volume consumer sectors, and a proven ability to drive leads, vehicle sales, and revenue growth in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience, including performance marketing and CRM.
• Experience in automotive, used cars, or high-volume consumer sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define annual marketing strategy aligned with sales targets and inventory priorities.
• Create an integrated campaign calendar across digital, CRM, marketplace, and offline channels.
• Lead performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting.
• Improve cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rate, and media ROI.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure offers, pricing, and showroom execution align.
