Job summary

TASC Outsourcing seeks a reliable Teller in Dubai to handle daily cash transactions, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure precise cash handling. The role requires attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and compliance with banking policies.

The successful candidate will process deposits, withdrawals, and payments, verify identifications, and balance cash at each shift. UAE AML guidelines knowledge is desirable. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in banking or customer service preferred.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and AML guidelines is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide information about products and refer customers to appropriate banking staff.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance cash transactions at the end of each shift.
• Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent activities in compliance with AML regulations.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive customer experience.
