Job summary

NSR Associates - Middle East seeks a Project Director to lead delivery of major infrastructure projects in Dubai, with a strong tunnelling background. The role requires a proven UAE/region experience and a track record in main contracting environments, delivering complex civil works.

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, manage major client and stakeholder relationships, and steer programmes, budgets and safety standards across large projects in Dubai and the UAE.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering major infrastructure projects.
• Strong main contractor background is essential.
• UAE experience and understanding of local market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for major infrastructure projects from mobilisation to completion.
• Take responsibility for programme, commercial performance, quality, safety and client relationships.
• Lead large multidisciplinary project teams and senior management functions.
• Oversee complex tunnelling and underground works delivery.
• Drive governance, reporting and performance management across projects.
