The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and over 10 years of experience in traffic operations, focusing on enhancing urban mobility and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in traffic operations and mobility strategy development.
• Strong expertise in arterial and expressway operations, congestion management, and ITS applications.
• Demonstrated experience leading corridor and network performance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive mobility assessments across corridors, intersections, and expressway segments.
• Conduct advanced traffic operational analyses using data analytics, simulation models, and performance diagnostics.
• Develop integrated improvement programs including adaptive signal control and coordinated timing.
