Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a highly experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon specializing in microvascular and reconstructive surgery for a premier healthcare facility in Dubai. The role involves advanced microsurgical procedures, comprehensive patient assessment, surgical planning, and postoperative care within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognized Specialist or Consultant qualification in Plastic Surgery, a fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery,

Qualifications

• Medical degree from a recognized institution and recognised Specialist/Consultant qualification in Plastic Surgery.
• Fellowship or equivalent certification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
• Extensive clinical and operative experience in Microvascular and Reconstructive Surgery.
• Eligibility to obtain a DHA Consultant License in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex microvascular and reconstructive surgical procedures according to professional qualifications and approved privileges.
• Provide specialist assessment and surgical management for advanced plastic and reconstructive surgery patients.
• Manage breast, head and neck, limb, and trauma reconstruction cases.
• Conduct comprehensive preoperative consultations and develop individualized plans.
• Perform advanced microsurgical procedures and provide postoperative care and follow-up.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated treatment.
