MCG Talent in Dubai is seeking a Media Consultancy Manager to lead client relationships and own media and digital strategy across assigned accounts. The role is full-time and on-site, based in Dubai.

You will develop and optimise campaigns, mentor a team, and drive performance against KPIs through data-driven decisions and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities include reviewing campaign performance, building strategic plans, and staying ahead of the media landscape and platforms.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in media planning and digital.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimising media and digital campaigns.
• High attention to detail, accountability and team collaboration.

• Own senior client relationships and act as the lead strategic partner across accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and coach team members to ensure high performance.
• Review media and digital campaign performance, identifying optimisation opportunities.
