Gloria Jeans in Dubai seeks a Retail Planning Manager to lead store-level sales forecasting, segmentation, capacity planning and monthly financial cycles. You will own a single, defendable set of numbers for the network and guide Territory planning, with a team of six and collaboration with Allocation, Distribution, Finance and Retail.

Relocation and visa support are provided. The role requires advanced Excel, strong analytics, and experience with plan-versus-actual analyses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in store planning, retail financial planning, or related analytics.
• Hands-on budgeting and sales forecasting experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Build annual, monthly and daily store forecasts and consolidate input into one company number.
• Maintain seasonality models and store calendars for openings/closures.
• Forecast KPIs for new stores and reconstructions and compare to actuals.
• Own planning templates, calendar and KPI definitions for area planners.
• Upload forecasts into Anaplan and deliver consolidated files to Finance.
• Compute mark-ups, write-offs and unit sales by store and reconcile with targets.
• Set stock priorities, capacity, weeks-of-supply and sell-through parameters.
• Plan cross-territory transfers and reallocations as needed.
• Prepare plan-vs-actual and variance analyses; challenge non-data-backed assumptions.
• Align Store, Demand, Retail and Finance on a single number source.
