Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement UAE Central Bank directives, AML guidelines, and international standards such as FATF.
• Design and maintain compliance policies that align with HSBC Group standards while reflecting local nuances.
• Lead cross-functional reviews of new products to ensure regulatory thresholds before launch.
• Conduct risk assessments and present findings to senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Oversee training programs for frontline staff, fostering a culture of compliance by design.
