Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, public relations, communications, or digital marketing.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, education, or retail industry is preferred.
• Experience in PR coordination, influencer marketing, media relations, or brand partnerships.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Public Relations & Media Coordination: plan PR initiatives for three brands.
• Build relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and partners.
• Draft and coordinate press releases, media announcements, and company updates.
• Identify opportunities for media coverage, interviews, and brand exposure.
• Prepare media kits, press materials, and company presentations.
• Monitor media coverage, brand mentions, and PR activities.
• Social Media & Content Execution: manage social channels and create engaging content.
• Coordinate content creation, photoshoots, and branch visits when required.
• Monitor engagement and suggest improvements based on performance.
• Stay updated on social media trends to increase brand visibility.
• Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution: plan and execute campaigns across social channels.
• Coordinate marketing materials and promotional content.
• Support promotion of services, training courses, workshops, and products.
• Assist with website content updates and landing pages.
• Organic Lead Generation & Brand Growth: support lead generation across social, sites, and partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to increase inquiries, bookings, enrollments, and product interest.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand lead quality.
• Influencer Marketing & Partnerships: research influencers and brand partners.
• Coordinate outreach, collaborations, and campaign deliverables.
• Maintain influencer databases and track collaboration results.
• Events & Community Engagement: support planning and execution of events, launches, workshops, and activations.
• Coordinate event logistics, invitations, materials, and suppliers.
• Capture event content and prepare post-event reports.
