The ideal candidate has over 7 years of legal experience, strong knowledge of financial services regulations, and a proactive approach to managing complex legal projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience, including in-house counsel and law firm experience.
• Experience in financial services, particularly payments agreements.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian payments regulations and other MEAPAC jurisdictions.
• Experience interacting with regulators and licensing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support expansion initiatives across MEAPAC, assessing new markets.
• Manage licensing and authorization with financial regulators.
• Advise on the regulatory framework for financial institutions.
• Stay updated on changes in payment-related laws and regulations.
