Muuto is seeking a Head of Sales for the Middle East & Africa to lead regional sales efforts from Dubai. You will implement strategy, coordinate local adjustments, and manage a Sales Manager, leveraging a strong local network in the A&D scene.

The role requires 6+ years in sales (contract/wholesale), leadership experience, and readiness to travel, with fluent English. Join a fast‑growing team delivering Scandinavian design across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience as Sales or Key Account Manager in both contract and wholesale functions, ideally in the furniture market.
• First experience as a people leader including all typical managerial tasks
• Ability to travel away from home with the occurrence of odd hours

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow accounts in the local market to reach our sales targets for your region
• Structured development and maintenance of our network of wholesale and contract partners
• Oversee a Sales Manager for Dubai including all managerial tasks associated
• End‑to‑end ownership of deals from initial contact to negotiation of terms and closing
• Sell‑in and implementation of in‑store solutions / new products
• Collaborate with internal teams and your sales colleagues to reach our overall growth objectives
