Job summary

ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS seeks a hands-on Financial Controller in Dubai to lead finance, inventory control, purchasing, and delivery scheduling across multiple entities. You will report to the Managing Director and oversee a team of eight, owning financial reporting, cash flow, working capital, product costing, inventory accuracy, purchasing discipline, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with ACCA/CMA/CA/CPA or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of finance experience, including leadership of a five-person+ team.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or retail environments.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
• Strong VAT, Corporate Tax, and IFRS knowledge.
• Proven cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial close and consolidate MIS across entities.
• Manage rolling 13-week cash flow forecast and banking relationships.
• Oversee receivables/payables, credit terms, and supplier reconciliations.
• Oversee product costing, BOM costing, and margin analysis.
• Ensure inventory controls, stock counts, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate purchasing controls, supplier terms, and delivery scheduling.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing and WPS compliance.
• Ensure VAT, corporate tax, IFRS compliance and external audits.
