- Experience with data analytics, cloud tech, APIs, and integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Digital Transformation Strategy & Roadmap.
- Lead ERP/CRM/HRMS implementation and optimization.
- Evaluate AI tools and automation platforms for business value.
- Collaborate with C-suite and heads of departments on requirements.
- Manage projects from requirements to deployment and training.
- Ensure data flow, interoperability, and IT governance.
- Develop dashboards and analytics for ROI and KPIs.
- Drive cost reductions through automation initiatives.
- Oversee vendor and partner relationships.
